About 400 components of the Federation of Associations of Mentally Disabled of Murcia (FADIS) and the Association for the Promotion of People with Disabilities (Asprodes) have moved today to Caravaca de la Cruz to participate in the 2017 Jubilee Year. To this pilgrimage, more than 250 people from the Association of Families of People with Intellectual Disabilities of the Northwest (APCOM) have joined, among other groups that have visited the Royal Basilica of the Vera Cruz throughout the day

The pilgrims of FADIS, Asprodes and APCOM have been accompanied by the mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, José Moreno;

the counselor of Family and Equality of Opportunities of the autonomic government, Violante Tomás;

the elder sister of the Brotherhood of the True Cross, Elisa Giménez-Girón, and the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, José Manuel Lorca-Planes, who presided over the Pilgrim's Mass.
