The registration period opens next week, with specific days for each sporting modality

The City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz opens next week the term of enrollment in the 'Municipal Sports Schools' of the course 2017/2018.

The Department of Sports will impart a total of 18 disciplines within the framework of this program for the promotion of basic sport, which in its last edition had a total of 1,544 students.

The offer of the Department of Sports presents this course as a novelty the school 'Careers of Orientation', to be held in the area of ​​Las Fuentes del Marqués, on Thursdays, from 16.00 to 17.30 hours.

The traditional disciplines of Athletics, Football, Futsal, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Tennis and Duathlon-Triathlon are joined by other proposals that in recent years have enjoyed good acceptance, such as the Nature ', which takes place on weekends with various activities such as sailing, hiking, climbing or mountain biking, among others.

Within the 'Municipal Sports Schools 2017/2018' also offer Modern Dance, Chess, Skating and Riding.

Also will be given the Generic School, dedicated to the work of psychomotricidad, abilities, multipurpose activities and training for future sports practices.

Children with disabilities have adapted activities, through the sports school and the tennis school of the Rafa Nadal Foundation.

Regarding the registration procedure, the Department of Sports has established specific days for each of the modalities, in order to avoid collapses and improve citizen service.

The registration can be formalized online, through www.sporttia.com, or face-to-face in the offices of the Department of Sports, located in the Juan Antonio Corbalán Pavilion.

The established dates are as follows: Monday, September 4 (Chess, Nature Activities and Rhythmic Gymnastics), Tuesday, September 5 (Triathlon, Volleyball and Athletics), Wednesday, September 6 (Football and Futsal), Thursday, September 7 (Tennis, Skating, Generic and Modern Dance), Friday, September 8 in the morning (Basketball).

From Monday 11 September, registrations will be open to all modalities during normal hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1.30 pm, afternoons, from Monday to Thursday, from 5 pm to 8 pm).
