A minor has been arrested as alleged perpetrator of the theft of violence, bullying and injuries

The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'RED LIPS', an investigation aimed at clarifying a violent robbery committed in Caravaca de la Cruz, which has been resolved so far with the identification, location and detention of one of its Alleged authors.
In the middle of last July, a neighbor of Caravaca de la Cruz filed a complaint at the headquarters of the local Benemérita in which he reported having been the victim of an assault and subsequent theft by a group of young people.
Agents specialized in prevention of public safety initiated the investigation to verify the facts and to clarify them with the arrest of its authors.
The first investigations were directed to collect all the possible indications about the commission of the criminal fact and allowed to verify that it took place in the urban helmet of the locality and at dawn, being worth the aggressors of the little presence of witnesses that could identify them.
As it is reflected in the complaint, the events happened moments after the victim left a local leisure establishment, at which time he was assaulted by several individuals who beat him, punching him in the face and abdomen, to later remove his wallet and mobile phone.
As a result of the aggression, the victim had to be treated in the emergency department of the Comarcal Hospital for the injuries suffered, mainly bruises and bruises.
Evidence obtained during the investigation has so far identified one of the alleged perpetrators of the aggression who, after a search device, has been located, detained and brought to justice as alleged perpetrator of the crime of robbery with Violence and intimidation and injuries.
The Civil Guard continues with the open operation, reason why it does not rule out new actions and detentions for the total clarification of the criminal facts.
The arrested minor, together with the investigations has been made available to the juvenile prosecutor of Murcia.
