More than 80 children participate this week in the Campus of Football and Futsal 'Mista', an event that meets its eighteenth edition and is organized by the Sports Association Cruz de Caravaca, with the collaboration of the City of Carava and various brands Sponsors.
The Councilor for Sports, Antonio Donate, and the campus coordinator, Pepe Tudela, welcomed the participants and the team of monitors in charge of carrying out the program of activities in municipal facilities.
Donate highlighted during the opening ceremony that this campus meets objectives beyond the teaching of football technique and tactics, since all activities are carried out from the perspective of fair play, avoiding attitudes of Rivalry and empowering values ​​such as friendship and companionship, within a dynamic and fun environment appropriate for children's holiday stage.
After eighteen editions, it is one of the reference campuses of the Region, which each year manages to complete the maximum number of registrations.
It is distinguished by the quality in its method of teaching and is backed by the enthusiasm and experience of its organizers and team of monitors.
During the same, the football practice is combined, with a special section of training of goalkeepers, with activities of a playful nature.
The campus has an experienced team of coaches, active footballers, Physical Education teachers and physiotherapists, who are responsible for directing the sports and leisure activities that will take place in the pavilions Juan Antonio Corbalán and Jorge Bera, The Francisco Fernández Torralba sports complex, the Municipal Football Field "El Morao", the Las Fuentes del Marqués albuergue or the municipal swimming pool, among other spaces.
In addition, this year will be a pilgrimage to the Royal Basilica of the True Cross, on the occasion of the Jubilee Year 2017.
