Under the collaboration agreement signed between the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AJE) of the Northwest, next Tuesday, February 21, will be given the free workshop 'How to be a commercial 10' .
Registration for this course, which will be held from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm, is open and formalized through the website www.ajeregiondemurcia.com or at the Municipal Employment, Training and Equality Center located at Calle Diego Cortés, Number 9, next to the garden of El Cejo.
The objective of the workshop is to show the keys to achieving commercial excellence by working with a range of social and professional skills, such as listening skills, being proactive, knowing the needs of clients, renewing knowledge and being predisposed to change.
The tutor will guide attendees about the main functions and activities to become an ideal commercial and will reflect in a participatory manner on the proposals set out to take advantage of the experience of their own colleagues.
Content includes time organization, databases and performance ratios, contact procedures with potential customers, value proposition design, sales presentations and customer management.
The workshop is especially aimed at business managers, commercial managers and sales personnel, young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who use the personal sale to market their products or services.
The speaker will be the consultant in marketing and business development Miguel Ángel Nicolás Caballero, Managing Partner of Consulting, Technical Engineer and Master in Business Management by UNESCO.
