More than 70 businesses participating this Saturday, November 5, in the 'Caravaca Shopping Night', with discounts, promotions and entertainment activities focused on the world of painting.
The activity, sponsored by the Department of Commerce and the Merchants Association Caravaca de la Cruz, will take place from 19.00 to 23.00.
"The intention is to continue boosting and promoting local commerce, making him known among the residents of the Northwest Region and fidelizing caravaqueña customers," he stressed the council responsible for the area, Gloria Gomez.
The 'Shopping Night' will coincide with the awards contest outdoor painting 'Rafael Tejeo' and with the opening of the exhibition of contemporary art 'Kravac' in the old church of the Society of Jesus.
In addition, in different parts of the village, passersby find art-related activities, as a 'performance' by caravaqueña artist Keke Calvache, an exhibition of painting workshops taught at the association 'The Jardinico' murcianos group shows graffiti, children's workshops balloon twisting and face painting, as well as own animation of each commercial establishment.
The president of the Merchants Association and Innkeepers of Caravaca de la Cruz, Maria Angeles Muñoz said the 'Shopping Night', now in its fifth edition, is "a consolidated event which arouses the interest of the public and traders each year we prepared with all the enthusiasm in the world as a way to advertise our stores. "
The Department of Commerce raffled among people who make their purchases in the evening of Saturday four gift vouchers amounting to 100 euros each, to redeem for purchases in shops belonging to the 'Caravaca Shopping Night'.
In addition eight double entries will be drawn to the network of museums in Caravaca de la Cruz.
