The Governing Council has given approval to an agreement between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, Community, the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, the Way Foundation Cruz de Caravaca and Real and Illustrious Brotherhood of the Blessed and Vera Cruz de Caravaca, for the creation of a lnteradministrativa Commission Caravaca de la Cruz 2017.
The commission, which will include representatives of state, regional and local government and will be held in Caravaca de la Cruz, is constituted with the aim of approving the plans and programs of activities to celebrate this event of exceptional public interest and certify the adequacy of the advertising spending by donors to access the tax benefits provided in the State Budget.
Thus, this new administrative body is responsible for approving the content of the programs to celebrate the Jubilee Year of whose material realization the Way Foundation of Caravaca de la Cruz, also will be the recipient of the donations will handle.
The Commission also will be responsible for the approval of a corporate identity manual of distinctive verbal and graphic signs that identify 'Caravaca de la Cruz Jubilee Year 2017.'.
The lnteradministrativa Commission can not be dissolved until it has complied with all obligations under the Act 4912002 of 23 December, and the Regulations for implementing the taxation of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage ;
a situation which in any case must occur before June 30, 2019.
