On Saturday and Sunday daytime sprint takes place, the average career 'World Ranking Event'
Caravaca de la Cruz receives this weekend to 1,220 athletes from twenty countries, to participate in the XXVIII International Orienteering Trophy 'Costa Calida'.
The trophy 'Costa Calida' is the second oldest in Spain in this discipline and one of the largest share of the national calendar.
This weekend will live its most international edition with a total of 317 registered foreigners from countries such as Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom and Finland.
It is the third round of the national league and test included in the World Ranking Event.
Throughout all its editions it has established itself as the best competition the orientation of Spain, both for its technical quality and organizational.
The organization is the responsibility of the regional, national and international federations Guidance, in collaboration with the Department of Sports City of Caravaca de la Cruz, being the director of this sports vento Guerao Francisco Navarro.
On Saturday, February 20, participants in the category 'sprint Day' will be starting at 15.45 hours from the sports complex Fernández Francisco Torralba.
This street race will go through historical streets and slopes of the Castle.
The target zone will be located on Temple Square, the trophy being scheduled for 1845 hours.
On 21, it will be held from 9.00, the average career 'World Ranking Event', taking as a starting point the chapel of 'La Reja'.
The awards of this kind will take place in the Plaza de Toros, from 13:00.
