The Thuillier theater in Caravaca de la Cruz will host next Monday, October 22, from 9.30 am, the second edition of the gastronomic event 'Sopa de Letras', organized by the association 'Euro-Toques Murcia', in collaboration with the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz, the Hotel and Catering School of La Flota, the Tourist Qualification Center of Murcia, and the communication website 'El Nile de Javi', as well as other institutions and companies in the Region.
If last year the main theme of the event was the creativity applied to gastronomy, in this second edition the activities will revolve around emotional intelligence linked to various areas such as business management, the room, design, humor, music or philosophy, always focused on the present and future of gastronomy and communication.
'Soup of Letters' emerged under the umbrella of the 'Diálogos de Cocina' event in San Sebastián, sharing the need to expand the art and craft of restoration through the sharing of different disciplines with a nexus that fuses them.
Directed to students, professionals and the general public, in 'Sopa de Letras' will ask questions such as: Does the chef or waiter need to develop emotional intelligence to feel and transmit to his guests what he is looking for? possible undesirable feelings in front of a team or room problem? How does it influence the management of equipment? Does the design of the restaurant affect the customer's experience? Do all the dishes and products offered require the same empathic level? How does the use of language affect the daily life of a restaurant?
and Is the mood fundamental in emotional communication ?, among other issues.
If last year participated Andoni Luis Aduriz, Magdalena Sánchez or the award winners 'Jamones con Tacones', in this edition attendees can enjoy presentations such as Luis Castellanos, author of 'Educar in positive language' and 'The science of positive language' ';
