The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has convened subsidies for clubs and sports federated entities of the municipality.
Applications to apply for these municipal financial aid can be submitted until next October 30.
The Councilor for Sports, María José Soria, and the head of the municipal sports area, Pedro Antonio Abril, have reported the main aspects included in the bases that regulate the process for granting these grants, the text of which has been published in the Bulletin Official of the Region of Murcia (BORM), on the bulletin board of the City Council and on the web portal caravaca.org.
As detailed by the mayor María José Soria, "the aid aims to promote the association, education and sports participation of citizens, through competitions and regulated activities, and join the next call for subsidies for athletes individual and the sponsorship of events and competitions ".
Grants directed to clubs and sports federated entities of the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz for the year 2018 have a budget of 45,000 euros, without any beneficiary can exceed the maximum amount of 12,000 euros.
It will not be applicable to teams / clubs that participate in Cadet lower categories, because these are assumed in direct management by the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, in its municipal sports offer.
Chess, basketball, handball, futsal, soccer and volleyball will be of consideration and scoring
The subsidy that is the object of this call will be granted in a competitive concurrency system, by comparing and scoring the applications submitted.
For the award, sports merits and training will be valued, based on a scale reflected in the bases, which takes into account participation in leagues and federated sports tournaments, among other aspects.
