The Department of Social Services and Women of the Caravaqueño Consistory has started a new course of workshops 'Risomemoria and cognitive maintenance', which are attended by about fifty people.
The weekly sessions of two hours are taught at the Municipal Center for Employment, Training and Equality and its objective is to promote a positive attitude towards life, stimulate memory and combat aspects such as stress, through relaxation techniques, music therapy , ludoterapia and laughoterapia, among other activities.
The councilwoman of María José Soria, together with the psychologist Salvador Martínez and the therapist Juani de de Maya, has inaugurated the course, thanking the good response that the initiative has had on the part of neighbors of all ages, completing the quota of places offered for this edition.
