From CCOO we have known the serious situation in which is the CAISS of Caravaca de la Cruz closed more than a week due to the unavailability of the entire staff of the aforementioned center which makes it impossible to open it.
The aforementioned center has a staff of six workers but currently all are on leave from work so users of this service have to travel several kilometers to resolve their files, which entails a loss for them and an overload of work for the workers of the CAISS de Mula which is the closest.
CCOO has requested a meeting with the Provincial Director of INSS (National Institute of Social Security) to clarify this situation and to date we have not received a response from it.
We believe that this situation should be remedied promptly through the various mechanisms available to the Administration (for example with the voluntary, temporary and gratified transfer of personnel from other centers) but in no case to the detriment of the rights of the workers assigned to said center or of the citizens who have to use said service.
