The Castle of Caravaca de la Cruz will travel again the time with the dramatized night visits programmed by the Department of Tourism of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz.
This activity, suitable for all audiences, will take place every night of the month of August, except on Mondays, at 10 pm.
"This year the visits present a very innovative format in terms of script, characters and staging, so I encourage both the residents of Caravaca and those who visit us to participate in them, as they will find a different proposal , enjoyable and fun for the nights of the month of August, "as pointed out by the councilor who heads the municipal area of ​​Tourism, Gloria Gomez, who has presented the fourteenth edition of this activity, along with actors Jesus Martinez and Lola Salcedo.
The show prepared for the next month of August will be starred by three peculiar and surprising characters, which will appear in different centuries thanks to a time machine.
The inventor and historian Leonardo Leopoldo León, together with his wife, María Sarmiento;
and the tour guide Ignacio Ibarra Ibáñez will be responsible for conducting the visit, for which the involvement and participation of the public will also be necessary.
The route of the visit runs through various scenarios of the monumental complex of the Castle of Caravaca de la Cruz, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument.
As in its previous editions, the contents of fiction will be interspersed with continuous references to highlights of the history of the city.
The dramatized visit 'Travelers of Time' is offered from 1 to 31 August, from Tuesday to Sunday.
Tickets can be purchased at the door of the Castle of Caravaca de la Cruz 15 minutes in advance.
The price will be 5 euros for adults, 4 euros for pensioners and children and youth from 7 to 18 years and 2 euros for children between 3 and 6 years old.
