The City Council will launch a new employment workshop called "Holy Year 2010" (02/06/2010)

The City of Caravaca de la Cruz will start the workshop "Holy Year 2010" to continue promoting job creation in the municipality, as announced today at a press conference Councilman Job, Salvador Gomez.

The workshop will employ a total of 32 unemployed and registered with the Employment Bureau of the municipality.

The total budget amounts to 716.247euros initiative, of which 691,249 are subsidized by the Regional Employment Service and Training and the European Social Fund.

This new draft job training consists of 4 fields: Stimulation of Information Services and Citizens Installer, Solar Thermal Energy Systems Cleaning, Buildings, and Microcomputer Systems Technician.

To provide professional qualifications in these occupations, there will be faculty, staff and management.

Employment Councilman stressed during the hearing today in the current context of economic crisis, marked by high levels of unemployment, the City of Caravaca task continues to encourage new sources of employment through vocational training, alternative education quality theory and practice.

Once the selection process of students, workers and staff, managerial and administrative employment workshop will be launched during the third quarter of this year and will last for one year.

Currently, the City of Caravaca is also developing two public employment programs: one related to the enhancement of the site of La Cabezuela Barranda, which includes 10 people who were unemployed, and other related tasks organization of the Holy Year 2010 consists of 11 others.
